BW Studio offers a variety of consulting and planning services from day-of coordination (we call it event management) all the way through full-blown wedding planning.

WEDDING PLANNING
Advanced planning and prioritizing is key to a genuinely stress-free day. Not into details and logistics? Don’t worry, we love this stuff! Full wedding planning projects are our favorite!
Full planning happens in phases. Think of it as a marathon that’s actually fun from start to finish, for real! You can trust that we’re taking care of everything, from “I’m not sure what to do” all the way through “I do.”

Everything + The Kitchen Sink! We get involved early to help you kick start the process, map out your budget, and develop your design concept. Then we dive head first into venue selection and finding the perfect vendor team. It’s a phased based process, so we will keep you on the straight and narrow to a fun and relaxing planning process! Our team is with you every step of the way.

Phase 1: Planning
We begin by discussing your budget and identifying the wedding elements that hold the most significance for both of you and assembling an exceptional base vendor team.
Phase 2: Design
Now, we dive into aesthetics! During this phase, our focus shifts to the visual aspects of your big day. We work on defining the overall look and feel you wish to achieve.
Phase 3: Logistics
This phase is all about making sure every piece of the puzzle fits perfectly. (Also, BW’s favorite phase!!)
Phase 4: Wedding Day Execution
The moment you've been waiting for has arrived! It's time to witness all the hard work come together in one magical day.

EVENT MANAGEMENT
The phrase “day-of coordination” is pretty misleading, which is why we like to call it Event Management. You’ve planned the perfect event, let us manage it for you!
You deserve to be fully immersed, entranced in the world of your wedding. We'll make sure everything happens around you just the way you want it to, without getting in your way.

Maybe you already have your vendors selected, but you're wondering who is going to make sure the DJ knows when to start playing music or who is going to ensure your dessert table is laid out the way you planned. There are 1001 details to every special occasion and it is the Studio's responsibility to make sure they are all perfect!

We start off with a kick off meeting to find out where you're at in the planning process! Then we have a handful of standardized meetings to keep you on track the final months leading up to your event (not just the “month-of” like some coordinators do). Our team is always available for questions or concerns along the way!

Event Management packages start at $3,600 and will be customized to suit the needs of your specific day. We also have lots of fun add-ons to consider if you're interested.

If you have a hair brained idea or don’t even know where to start, we can meet you where you’re at in the process and start a map to success. We can do budget planning, concept design, space planning, vendor selection and coordination, and so more!

We kick off the planning process by understanding the goals of the event and the budget you have in mind. Then we recommend the best vendors we know to bring it all together. We can even be on site to set up and take down the event for you!

Private event packages are tracked hourly for design services and can include day-of fees for setup.

We typically recommend that we start working together 12+ months out for full and partial planning packages, and at least 90 days out for event management. Private events can be planned in 4-8 weeks.
