BLAIR

Blair has had a gift for events basically since she was born. As a natural planner, she had the best slumber party on the block by age five, planned an epic family vacation as her own 18th birthday present and honed her event brilliance directing successful non-profit affairs before finding her true passion - orchestrating exceptionally custom weddings.

After spending most of her childhood moving around the country with her military family, the rich experience of connecting family and friends to celebrate love and fun together took on serious significance. Blair founded BW Studio after planning events by special request and finding herself completely spellbound by the process...

She really loves making your dream day a reality.

Blair's favorite kind of wedding is one that makes everyone feel like they are at the greatest dinner party ever. The kind you never want to leave, and when you do, you can't stop smiling.

BEYOND BW STUDIO - Blair is a trained interior designer with a knack for crafting incredible esthetics that beautifully move people through space. When it comes to event complexities and creative challenges, her eye for design really comes in handy! She has a soft spot for cats, great books, anything yellow, and she cannot wait to meet you!

MARKUS

Markus is a trained small business doer of all things. He’s Blair’s go-to man and personal hype team. German, analytical and methodical, he’ll be there to make sure the day is streamlined, tidy, and always on time. Blair couldn’t have done all of this without him…and he totally knows it! (And yes, he will definitely talk about sneakers with you.)

BEYOND BW STUDIO - When Markus isn’t busy hustling with the team, he’s playing video games, working in the garage, or building a new computer.

Neva is vibrant, upbeat and has a passion for fun. You'll never see Neva without a smile on her face. Which makes the stress of any event day melt away!!

Her favorite part of a wedding is the couple’s first look and seeing so much love for each other.

Neva's favorite drink is an old fashioned, complete with custom sphere ice cube.

BEYOND BW STUDIO - You'll see Neva rooting for her favorite Chicago sports teams (Go Bears, White Sox, Blackhawks and Bulls!), taking care of her many house plants, or spending time with her husband and kids.

EVENT ASSISTANT

ELLY

As a former college volleyball player, Elly brings the same dedication and passion she had on the court to event planning. With an eye for design and branding from her marketing career, she ensures no detail is overlooked. Her ultimate goal is for couples to remember their day as flawless and stress-free.

Elly's favorite wedding moments are when the minor details fall into place like a family heirloom that fits perfectly into the theme. She also has a soft spot for emotional first looks, often shedding tears alongside everyone else!

BEYOND BW STUDIO - You can find Elly enjoying sporting events or embracing her creative side - scrapbooking and crafting.
