“From planning to assisting day of-everything was great. Our planner was extremely helpful and always answered any questions we had in a timely manner. My wedding party and guests were a handful (ex. My husbands button broke off his jacket which Blair sewed back on minutes before our ceremony and when we broke a huge flower arrangement in a vase she quickly ushered us away and got everything cleared out in the blink of an eye) she handled everything with grace and made the day go on smoothly. “From the first time Blair and I spoke, I knew she would be the right choice for our wedding coordinator. I had interviewed several other coordinators that focused most of the initial conversation around their extensive services and the details of all of the elaborate weddings they have planned and coordinated. Blair, on the other hand, was more interested in genuinely connecting with me to understand what makes my (now) husband and I unique, and how we saw the big day coming together. I described to her that we wanted a meaningful ceremony, a fun reception, and for our guests to feel like the day was uniquely “us,” without too many frills. She responded, “Got it- so maybe more similar to a great dinner party,” which was exactly how we had been talking about it. From then on, we knew we had a genuine, diligent, and capable partner in Blair, and we couldn’t be happier with our decision.”

“Where to start?! Blair was amazing to work with from our first interaction all the way through our second wedding date, that Blair ultimately helped us navigate canceling due to COVID-19. Blair even offered to help us celebrate with our immediate families over a weekend together in New Buffalo, but most importantly, Blair was there for us, always being available, being a sounding board and just a phenomenal resource. Blair was originally recommended to us by our photographer who had worked with her several times in the past, and we couldn’t have lucked out more. Even though we were primarily utilizing Blair as a day of coordinator, she was super helpful in helping us coordinate our other meetings such as our venue tour with our florist (and after we realized we needed more help, she helped with overall wedding design!). Blair made everything so much easier, even down to helping us pick our wedding songs. She’s a great planner, designer, and person overall, and we couldn’t recommend her more!”

“There are not enough words in the English language to accurately describe how emphatically I would recommend Blair and her team at BW Studio + Events. I should start by saying that I came to know Blair as my friend’s Maid of Honor, so this wasn’t even my own wedding. While my involvement in the planning process may have been slightly unconventional, Blair always treated me like I belonged. In fact, she made me feel so comfortable that I began asking her for tips on everything from the bachelorette party to last-minute MoH advice — sage wisdom that she enthusiastically dispensed in a swift manner every single time. Two years of planning flew by with her at the helm. Blair is a rocket scientist-level genius with the stamina of a seasoned marathon runner. She is a creative problem-solver, a total visionary for beautiful events, and perhaps one of the kindest people I have ever met. I made a few small slip-ups on the day of the wedding, and Blair disappeared them in seconds while also attending to her myriad responsibilities. Critically, she also knows exactly when and how to be firm (with grace!) if necessary, but always has the brightest smile on her face for her clients. Her team is equally proficient in every way, and their cohesiveness as a unit is something to behold. It is additionally incredibly obvious that her vendor network is quite robust and very receptive to working with her, which speaks volumes about her personal and professional character. All the vendors my friend hired through Blair completed their services to absolute perfection. My only reservation about Blair is that I am not entirely sure she is a real human, because how is it possible for someone to be in ten different places at once doing fifteen different things? At the very least, she has teleportation powers, and I stand by that. The day I spent watching my best friend marry her true love will forever be one of my favorites, and I have Blair & her team to thank for the life they breathed into a memory that will float happily in my mind forever. Hire her.”

“My (now wife) and I were planning a 200+ person wedding in a 6 month time span, and Blair came recommended to us through a family friend... it ended up as one of the best decisions we made for our wedding day. We had Blair as our day of coordinator, but she provided so much more, and most importantly peace of mind. We had an initial meet over zoom to get a feel for one another, go over some details we had already planned for the day, and what all goes into having a coordinator. Throughout the months of planning, we had check-in calls, checklists to go through to stay organized, and walk throughs at the venue were incredibly helpful.
